My name is Nancy Stanton and I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, and now blogger. As the title of my blog suggests, my life consists of “the boys and me”. My “boys” would be my husband, Kelly, and my two boys, Nolan and Luke. Nolan is a highly energetic and head strong 2-year-old and Luke is a sweet and calm 4 month old. As you can imagine our life is anything but boring. I work somewhat full-time as a hair dresser and I do enjoy it. Although, my true passion is my boys and anything that goes along with them.  I also truly love to cook. I love the process of cooking and I also enjoy watching the ones I hold dear enjoying what I have made.

I have always enjoyed writing. I went to a liberal arts college that required a lot of writing and I loved it. I have more of an editorial style of writing, mixed with a bit of humor and candor. I should warn you that I have an obsession with commas and probably use them too much, so in advance I apologize. I have started a blog to humor myself and perhaps others. I am an expert on nothing and  openly admit it. I simply plan on giving my opinion and thoughts about what ever topic enters my brain that day.
